The invention discloses an image processing method, which comprises the following steps of: reading an image and identifying a control point and a weight of a curve in the image; subdividing the curve to be feasible; based on the control points and the weights, triangular envelopes are arranged around the curve until the triangular envelopes do not intersect, and if the triangular envelopes intersect, the curve continues to be subdivided; regarding the triangular envelope as a hole, performing linear triangularization on an external area to obtain a triangular mesh, and placing control vertexes in all triangles of the triangular mesh; and optimizing the grid connection relation and the vertex position according to the grid obtained by the control vertex, and keeping the grid regularization in the optimization process so as to obtain a final high-order triangular grid conforming to the curve in the image for image processing.
