The method comprises the following steps: creating a TjsBuilding object according to a Revit file; the method comprises the following steps: reading grid information of all three-dimensional primitives in a Revit file, and creating a TjsMesh object and a TjsMesh list; building and structure class three-dimensional primitives of the Revit file are analyzed, and a TjsPlan list, a TjsRoom list and a TjsFURNITURE list are created; the method comprises the following steps of: analyzing an electromechanical three-dimensional primitive of a Revit file, and creating a TjsMepType list, a TjsMepSystem list and a TjsEquent list; the method comprises the following steps: respectively reading TjsMesh objects corresponding to three-dimensional primitive lists to which TjsPlan, TjsRoom, TjsFURNITURE, TjsMepType, TjsMepSystem and TjsEquation belong through an ID (Identity
