Comprising the following steps: acquiring a satellite remote sensing image, meteorological data and PM2.5 concentration data; wherein the satellite remote sensing image comprises three polarization bands; constructing a sample data set based on the satellite remote sensing image, the meteorological data and the PM2.5 concentration data; based on the sample data set, taking the first machine learning sub-model, the second machine learning sub-model and the third machine learning sub-model as base models, respectively training the three base models, and training the linear regression model by using predicted values of the three base models to obtain a PM2.5 concentration estimation fusion model; and the PM2.5 concentration is estimated based on the PM2.5 concentration estimation fusion mod
