The invention discloses a prefabricated cabin side wall draught fan. The prefabricated cabin side wall draught fan comprises a shielding cover, a draught fan body, a controller and a temperature and humidity sensor. The shielding cover is provided with a first end and a second end which are communicated with each other; the first end of the shielding cover is arranged on the ventilation opening of the prefabricated cabin; the second end of the shielding cover is arranged downwards; the fan is arranged at the second end of the shielding cover; the temperature and humidity sensor is arranged in the prefabricated cabin and used for sensing the temperature and humidity value in the prefabricated cabin; the controller is electrically connected with the fan and the temperature and humidity sensor; and the controller is used for controlling the fan to start and stop according to a preset time period and controlling the fan to start when the temperature and humidity value exceeds a preset value. Start and stop of the
