Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a separating and taking mechanism, a manipulator and a method. The separating and taking mechanism comprises a fixed adsorption part; the overturning adsorption part is rotationally connected to the fixed adsorption part, and the projection, on the surface of the film body, of the rotating axis of the overturning adsorption part and the two adjacent edges of the surface of the film body have intersection points; and the fixed end of the overturning assembly is connected with the fixed adsorption part, and the driving end of the overturning assembly is connected with the overturning adsorption part and moves around the rotating axis of the overturning adsorption part. The fixed adsorption part and the turnover adsorption part are arranged to adsorb the film bodies, the turnover adsorption part rotates to drive part of the film bodies to be turned over in a reciprocating mode, creases are generated on the film bodies so that the adjacent film bodies can be separated, one corners, bonded
