An aluminum alloy cast ingot is placed in a heating furnace to be heated along with the furnace and then subjected to heat preservation; the upset aluminum alloy cast ingot is drawn out again in the length direction, rounded and then blanked; and 3, upsetting the blank, punching by adopting a punch, then transferring the blank to a ring rolling mill for chambering, putting a rectangular core shaft into the chambering ring blank in the step 3, and pressing and square-gauging by virtue of a concave anvil, so that the final forming of the square ring forge piece is realized.
