| Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for converting kitchen waste by using stratiomyiid. The method comprises the following steps: (1) hatching stratiomyiid eggs into newly hatched stratiomyiid larvae; (2) transferring the newly hatched larvae of the stratiomyiid to a newly hatched material, and culturing for 2-3 days to obtain larvae of the stratiomyiid; (3) feeding the stratiomyiid larvae with training feed, and culturing for 2-4 days to obtain stratiomyiid larvae; and (4) inoculating the soldier fly larvae to the transformation material, and culturing for 3-10 days to obtain the mature soldier fly larvae. The training material is a compound material of the pretreated material and the newly hatched material; the converted material is a compound material of the pretreated material and the auxiliary material; wherein the pretreated material is a material obtained after kitchen waste is pretreated.
