The method comprises the following steps: acquiring three-phase input voltage and three-phase input current of a resident load side, and calculating the resident load in real time; based on the resident load and the rated capacity of the transformer, dynamically calculating the residual available capacity threshold of each distribution transformer in real time; updating a droop control coefficient of the converter in real time based on the residual available capacity threshold value of the transformer; based on the droop control coefficient and the direct-current voltage deviation value, obtaining a converter power reference value, and then obtaining a converter direct-current side current reference value; and controlling the output power of the converter based on the current reference value to realize dynamic distribution of the power.
