Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) detection method for liquiritigenin in Caragana changii, which comprises the following steps: 1) preparation of a reference substance solution: taking a liquiritigenin reference substance, and adding methanol to dissolve the liquiritigenin reference substance to obtain the reference substance solution; 2) preparation of a test solution: taking a to-be-detected sample, adding methanol for extraction, filtering an extracting solution, and taking filtrate as the test solution; (3) respectively sucking the reference solution and the test solution and injecting into a high performance liquid chromatograph; chromatographic conditions are as follows: a chromatographic column takes octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica as a filler; and a mobile phase comprises 0.1% formic acid water and methanol in a volume ratio of 68: 32. Through a specific sample pretreatment method and chromatographic conditions, complete separation of the important compo
