The high-precision robot positioning and navigation system is composed of a robot chassis and a ground auxiliary device. The robot chassis comprises a robot control system, a mobile communication module and a positioning navigation system. The positioning navigation system is composed of front and rear cameras and an inertial sensor, the cameras acquire information of the ground auxiliary device, and the inertial sensor acquires position information of the robot. The front and rear cameras simultaneously follow the line to correct the left-right driving deviation of the robot; and at the position correction identification point in the ground auxiliary device, the robot carries out vision-inertia information fusion, and the position of the robot is corrected.
