Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a sample collecting and detecting tube. The sample collecting and detecting tube comprises a tube body, a tube cover and a partitioning assembly, the tube body is provided with an opening and is used for accommodating a sampling swab, the tube cover is combined with the tube body so as to seal the opening, the partitioning assembly is arranged in the tube body and comprises a blocking part, a limiting part and a bending mechanism, the blocking part is arranged close to the opening so as to shield one part of the opening and enable the other part which is not shielded to serve as an inlet for placing the sampling swab, and the limiting part is arranged on the blocking part. The limiting part is connected with the blocking part and extends into the tube body, so that the sampling swab is limited in a space, corresponding to the inlet, in the tube body after the sampling swab passes through the inlet, and the bending mechanism is arranged between the blocking part and the limiting part, so
