The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a Ti < 3 > C < 2 > T < x > MXene solution; step 2, preparing a PEO solution; step 3, adding the Ti < 3 > C < 2 > T < x > MXene solution into the PEO solution, so as to obtain a PEO/MXene aerogel wave-absorbing material; the PEO/MXene aerogel wave-absorbing material is of a three-dimensional network structure formed by assembling multi-channel sheet layers.
