The invention relates to an isolation cooling device which comprises a supporting framework, a fireproof part, a moving mechanism, a water supply mechanism and a cooling mechanism. The fireproof part covers the two sides, in the first direction, of the supporting framework and one side, in the second direction, of the supporting framework so as to form a containing space used for blocking on-fire objects. The moving mechanism comprises a plurality of first rolling wheels, and the first rolling wheels are arranged on the other side, in the second direction, of the supporting framework. The water supply mechanism is arranged on the supporting framework and used for being connected with an external water source. The cooling mechanism is arranged on the supporting framework and located in the containing space. The cooling mechanism is connected with the water supply mechanism and is configured to be capable of spraying water from an external water source to the fireproof part and the object on fire.
