System and method for providing real-time biofeedback training through remote transmission

The invention provides a system for providing real-time biological feedback training through long-distance transmission. The system comprises a home brainwave collection device, a docking device and a server key, the home brainwave collecting device is used for detecting brainwaves and heart rate variability data of a testee.
