The depolysaccharide sargassum fusiforme cookies are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 120 to 160 parts of low-gluten flour, 25 to 40 parts of corn starch, 10 to 20 parts of depolysaccharide sargassum fusiforme superfine powder, 50 to 100 parts of erythritol, 30 to 60 parts of eggs and 100 to 150 parts of butter.
