Zusammenfassung:	A video distribution system (1) is provided with a relay server (20) for relay distribution of video to be viewed, which is distributed from a predetermined distribution source (10) to user terminal devices (4) used by each of a plurality of users. A distribution site (21), which is a unit for relaying and distributing video to a user terminal device (4), is set in a relay server (20) after receiving permission from a distribution source, and the video from the distribution source (10) is relayed and distributed to the user terminal device (4) of the user via the distribution relay site (21) used by the user. 影像分发系统(1)具备中继服务器(20)，中继服务器(20)对从规定的分发源(10)向多个用户各自利用的用户终端装置(4)分发的作为观看对象的影像进行中继分发，在影像分发系统(1)中，将作为向用户终端装置(4)中继分发影像的单位的分发据点(21)在得到分发源的许可后设定于中继服务器(20)，将来自分发源(10)的影像经由用户所利用的分发中继点(21)中继分发到该用户的用户终端装置(4)。
