Immune repertoire biomarkers in autoimmune diseases and immunodeficiency disorders
The present disclosure provides methods for predicting a clinical response of a subject having an autoimmune disease or condition to a treatment based on characterizing a B-cell immune repertoire of the subject and/or for predicting a clinical response of the subject having an immunodeficiency (e.g....

Zusammenfassung: | The present disclosure provides methods for predicting a clinical response of a subject having an autoimmune disease or condition to a treatment based on characterizing a B-cell immune repertoire of the subject and/or for predicting a clinical response of the subject having an immunodeficiency (e.g., an autoimmune disease or condition) based on characterizing the B-cell immune repertoire of the subject. The present invention relates to a method for prognosis in said subject against leukemia. In one aspect, these methods provide for determining the frequency of class transition recombination and/or somatic hypermutation of a B cell receptor repertoire in a sample prior to treatment, and predicting prognosis and/or response to treatment in a subject based on the measured class transition and/or somatic hypermutation frequency. In another aspect, these methods provide for determining immune receptor class transitions and/or somatic hypermutation frequencies, and treating a subject based on prognosis and/or predi |
