Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a thermal management system. The system includes a housing having an interior space; the heating component is arranged in the internal space; a heat exchanger; the working fluid liquid is arranged in the internal space, so that the heating component is in contact with the working fluid; wherein the working fluid comprises a Fischer-Tropsch derived base fluid; the heat management system is configured such that a constant circulating flow of working fluid is maintained through one or more heat-generating components, flow to the heat exchanger, and then back to the heat-generating components. The invention further provides a heat management method of the heating component. The method comprises the following steps that the heating component is at least partially immersed in the working fluid; and using the working fluid such that it flows through one or more heat-generating components in a constant working fluid circulation to transfer heat from the heat-generating components to a heat exch
