Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure provides a thermally conductive electromagnetic absorbing material comprising a plurality of particles dispersed in a binder. The plurality of particles may have a particle size distribution having at least three peaks, wherein at least a majority of the particles within a half-width at a half-maximum of one of the at least three peaks, rather than other peaks, are at least partially coated with an electromagnetic absorbing coating. The plurality of particles may include a plurality of first particles and second particles, where the total number of the first particles is at most 1% of the total number of the first particles and the second particles, and where the first particles are more electromagnetic absorbing than the second particles.
