Anti-idiotypic antibodies against GPRC5D target binding domains and related compositions and methods

In particular, anti-idiotypic antibodies are provided that specifically recognize an anti-GPRC5D antibody moiety, in particular an anti-GPRC5D antibody moiety present in a recombinant receptor, including a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). The present disclosure further relates to the use of anti-idiotypic antibodies for the specific identification and/or selection of cells expressing such recombinant receptors, such as anti-GPRC5D CAR T cells.
