Identity security authentication method and system for multi-tenant platform

The invention relates to an identity security authentication method and system for a multi-tenant platform. The method comprises the following steps: when an access request is received, obtaining a user certificate and an operator certificate of a platform user; authenticating the user credential and the operator credential respectively; after the authentication is passed, a temporary access certificate is granted to the corresponding operator, so that the operator obtains the corresponding operation authority; and marking all operations of the operator by using the temporary access credential, and recording an operation request and an operation result with marks. According to the scheme, the security authentication level of overall user access of the platform can be effectively increased, convenience of webpage access and interface access is compatible under the condition that the security level is not damaged, and effective balance of platform security and convenience is achieved; and user operation can be
