Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a novel design method for a carbon fiber composite reflector mold profile, and belongs to the field of satellite antennas. Aiming at the problems of thermal deformation, chemical shrinkage deformation and deformation caused by a mold in the reflector curing process, the influence of thermal deformation of the carbon fiber resin-based composite material in the whole cycle process from a rubber state to a glass state is considered, and the mold profile is compensated according to a thermal deformation analysis result. A reflector three-dimensional analysis model is established; the reflector is subjected to double-state full-curing period thermal deformation analysis according to a rubber state and a glass state corresponding to the curing process, and a three-point boundary constraint analysis method is provided and coincides with the working condition when the reflector is cured; in the curing period of the reflector, the interface stress of the mold to the reflector is extracted and
