The system comprises a control unit, a constant temperature unit, two groups of driving units, two groups of conveying units and a mixed reaction unit, the control unit controls and is connected with the constant temperature unit and the driving unit. The constant-temperature unit is matched and connected with the control unit, and the constant-temperature unit is controlled by the control unit to keep the temperature of an application sample constant; the two sets of driving units are connected with the two sets of conveying units in a matched mode respectively, and the two sets of driving units are controlled by the control unit respectively to change the conveying states of the two sets of conveying units.
