The positioning sleeve is provided with a through hole to be connected with the sealing shell, and is provided with a seam allowance to ensure the coaxiality with the sealing shell; and a threaded hole is designed above the positioning sleeve. According to the tool, the coaxiality of the sealing main shaft and the sealing shell during installation is guaranteed through positioning of the matching faces of the positioning shaft and the positioning sleeve, the height of the pole shoe shaft is adjusted through the screws, and through the tool, it can be guaranteed that when the magnetic liquid seal is assembled, the pole shoe cannot rub the rotating shaft due to too large magnet
