Zusammenfassung:The super-thick high-toughness high-homogeneity super-thick steel plate comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.02 to 0.10 percent of C, less than or equal to 0.30 percent of Si, 4.0 to 8.0 percent of Mn, less than or equal to 0.015 percent of P, less than or equal to 0.005 percent of S, 0.015 to 0.040 percent of Als, less than or equal to 0.4 percent of Cr, less than or equal to 0.40 percent of Mo, less than or equal to 1.0 percent of Ni, less than or equal to 0.3 percent of Cu, less than or equal to 0.030 percent of Nb, 0.04 to 0.12 percent of V, 0.001 to 0.005 percent of Ca, less than or equal to 0.002 percent of B, 0.01 to 0.04 percent of rare earth and the balance of Fe.
