The preparation method of the F-grade super-thick steel plate comprises the following steps: controlling P and S to be preset contents in a smelting stage to obtain molten steel; carrying out vacuum degassing on the molten steel to obtain degassed molten steel; the degassed molten steel is subjected to continuous casting, dynamic soft reduction and solidification tail end heavy reduction are adopted, and a steel billet is obtained; and the steel billet is subjected to stack cooling, heating, rolling, slow cooling and normalizing, and the F-grade super-thick steel plate is obtained.
