Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of crop molecular breeding and function research, and particularly relates to a wheat D genome pan-gene exon capture sequencing chip and a design method thereof. The aegilops tauschii genome and the wheat D subgenome are integrated, a gene coding region sequence is extracted by adopting an iteration method, and the aegilops tauschii generic genome capture probe, namely the wheat D genome generic gene exon capture sequencing chip, is obtained by using Kmer classified counting grouping amplification. The design of the universal genome probe is adopted, so that the probe can be better applied to detection of different D subgenome derived materials, and heritable variation of different aegilops tauschii can be covered.
