The preparation method of the dispersant comprises the following steps: in the presence of a solvent, a chain transfer agent and an initiator, carrying out a copolymerization reaction on maleic anhydride and a comonomer to obtain a maleic anhydride copolymer; wherein the comonomer comprises one or a combination of two or more of styrene, 4-vinylpyridine and N-vinyl pyrrolidone; the maleic anhydride copolymer reacts with alkylamine or polyether amine in the presence of a catalyst to obtain the dispersing agent.
