Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a synthesis method of tetrasubstituted 1, 3-diene with single regioselectivity and stereoselectivity and application of the tetrasubstituted 1, 3-diene. The 1, 2, 3, 4-tetra-substituted 1, 3 diene is synthesized from propargyl alcohol ester and a high-iodine reagent in the presence of a metal copper catalyst, alkali and a solvent at a certain temperature. The 1, 2-migration process of propargyl alcohol ester is regulated and controlled through a cheap copper catalyst, a high-iodine reagent is used as an electrophilic reagent to capture a reaction intermediate, and synthesis of 1, 2, 3, 4-tetra-substituted 1, 3 diene is realized through regioselectivity and stereoselectivity of a propargyl alcohol ester compound for the first time; the problem that regioselectivity and stereoselectivity are difficult to control in the synthesis process of tetra-substituted olefin is solved.
