According to the method, chemical elements of concentrated seawater are extracted through a bromine extraction system, a magnesium extraction system, a calcium extraction system, a concentration liquid salt preparation system, a liquid salt potassium extraction system, a liquid salt lithium extraction system, a liquid salt concentration salt preparation system and a carbon dioxide storage system.
