Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a photocatalyst with cobalt phosphide and phosphorus simultaneously loaded on boron-doped carbon nitride. The main components of the catalyst are boron-doped carbon nitride, cobalt phosphide nanoparticles and red phosphorus. The main preparation process of the material comprises the following steps: 1) mixing urea and boric acid, and performing pyrolysis to synthesize boron-doped carbon nitride; 2) mixing the boron-doped carbon nitride with a cobalt nitrate solution, heating and stirring, and then heating in a tubular furnace to obtain a material precursor; and 3) mixing the precursor with sodium hypophosphite monohydrate, heating in a tubular furnace, washing and drying to obtain the cobalt phosphide-phosphorus loaded boron-doped carbon nitride. The catalyst has high performance of photocatalytic water decomposition hydrogen production without additional reagents.
