Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a membrane fusion composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The membrane fusion composition comprises a component A and a component B, the component A is an aromatic compound, and the component B is an amphiphilic lipid molecule; wherein the component B is contained in a proportion of 20-150 parts by mole relative to 1 part by mole of the component A. The membrane fusion nanoparticles prepared from the membrane fusion composition have higher delivery efficiency through a membrane fusion delivery mechanism, and meanwhile, good encapsulation efficiency and lower cytotoxicity are kept. 本发明公开了一种膜融合组合物、及其制备方法和应用。所述膜融合组合物包括组分A和组分B;所述组分A为芳香族化合物,所述组分B为两亲性脂质分子;其中:相对于1摩尔份的组分A,以20-150摩尔份的比例含有组分B。采用本发明的膜融合组合物制备得到的膜融合纳米粒通过膜融合递送机制,具有更高的递送效率,同时保持良好的包封率及较低的细胞毒性。
