Air conditioning system

An air-conditioning system (1) is provided with: a plurality of air conditioners (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) provided on a wall or ceiling; and air-conditioning assistance devices (4) provided on the wall or ceiling at positions at the same distance from the plurality of air conditioners (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d). An air-conditioning assistance device (4) is provided with: a thermal image sensor (41); an auxiliary-side communication unit (42) that receives, from some or all of the plurality of air conditioners (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d), information pertaining to the operation status of some or all of the plurality of air conditioners (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d), and transmits, to some or all of the plurality of air conditioners (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d), an air-conditioning command; a storage unit (43) that stores information obtained by the thermal image sensor (41) and information received by the auxiliary-side communication unit (42); and a processing unit (44) that analyzes the information obtained by the thermal image sensor (41) and the information re
