The present invention provides a flexible circuit board for a display, the flexible circuit board having a chip-on-film structure in which a connection pattern selected as a first connection pattern from among connection patterns connected with a panel contact pad is confined inside a product portion and is not in contact with a dicing line, and a second connection pattern selected as a second connection pattern from among the connection patterns connected with the panel contact pad is not in contact with the dicing line.
