Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a decoupling device and a decoupling method, a first decoupling unit is arranged above the middle position of two E-surface coupled antenna units, a second decoupling unit is arranged above the antenna units, and E-surface scattering waves which are equal to E-surface coupled waves in amplitude and opposite to the E-surface coupled waves in phase are generated through the first decoupling unit and the second decoupling unit. The first decoupling unit can generate E-surface scattering waves and E-surface coupling waves, the E-surface scattering waves and the E-surface coupling waves offset each other to realize E-surface decoupling, meanwhile, the second decoupling unit can also generate H-surface scattering waves to realize H-surface decoupling, and in addition, a third decoupling unit is arranged above the middle position of the two H-surface coupling antenna units to realize H-surface decoupling.
