Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a health scan for content addressable memory. A memory device includes a content addressable memory (CAM) block that stores a plurality of stored search keywords. The memory device further includes control logic to: determine a first number of memory cells in at least one string of the CAM block that store one of the plurality of stored search keywords, the first number of memory cells storing a first logic value; and storing the calculated parity values representing the first number of memory cells in a page cache associated with the CAM block.
