The method comprises the following steps: acquiring initial wind power data; performing decomposition processing on the initial wind power data by adopting a variational mode decomposition algorithm to obtain multiple groups of sub-sequence data corresponding to the initial wind power data; an initial wind power prediction model is obtained, and the wind power prediction model is determined based on a dragonfly optimization algorithm and a least square support vector machine model; training the initial wind power prediction model based on the multiple groups of sub-sequence data to obtain a target wind power prediction model; and predicting the wind power data to be measured by using the target wind power prediction model to obtain a wind power prediction result.
