The method comprises the following steps: reading historical data of a wind power plant a and data of various meteorological factors in NWP; an ARD algorithm is adopted to screen out factors with high correlation with the wind power in the meteorological data of the NWP as input variables, a prediction model based on the Gaussian process is established, and a prediction value P1 is obtained; establishing a wind speed correction model by using the NWP wind speed prediction data and the actual wind speed, and performing wind power prediction based on a Gaussian process by using the corrected NWP wind speed as input to obtain a prediction result P2; wind power P3 and P4 of the wind power plant a at the moment t are obtained through wind speed spatial correlation analysis; establishing a combined model of P2, P3 and P4, solving weight coefficients of various predicti
