The invention relates to a touch sensing circuit, a touch and display driving integrated circuit and a touch sensing method. The present embodiments may provide a touch sensing circuit comprising: an analog signal processing circuit comprising one or more tunable filters configured to receive touch sensing signals from touch electrodes of a panel and to transmit some of the touch sensing signals of a frequency region of the touch sensing signals; and a touch control circuit configured to determine a change in capacitance of the touch electrode due to an object approaching the panel, and transmit a control signal to control the tunable filter of the analog signal processing circuit. The tunable filter of the present embodiment may include a variable resistor or a variable capacitor.
