Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a fast transient enhancement circuit applied to an LDO (Low Dropout Regulator), which solves the problems of overlarge overshoot and undershoot voltage and overlong stabilization time when a traditional LDO load is in a transient state. By introducing a push-pull amplifier structure, when the transient state changes, the change current for charging and discharging of the power tube is doubled. In addition, by means of the characteristic that currents of two branches of the push-pull amplifier can be copied, the two currents of the amplifier are copied in a multiplied mode to be subjected to in-phase subtraction operation and reverse-phase subtraction operation respectively, and therefore the two transient enhancement circuits are controlled to be switched on and switched off. The size of transient enhancement current can be controlled to a certain extent, and the transient response speed of the LDO circuit is remarkably improved compared with that of a traditional LDO circuit.
