A cabin water leakage detection sensor, a digital temperature and humidity sensor and a pressure sensor are used for respectively collecting cabin water leakage, temperature, humidity and pressure information of the tidal current energy generator set; respectively generating sequences of the water leakage information, the temperature and humidity information and the pressure information according to time distribution according to the collected water leakage information, the temperature and humidity information and the pressure information; and inputting all the sequences into a combined neural network model trained by an upper computer to obtain cabin water leakage information of the tidal current energy generator set.
