Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for preparing a nanofiber composite flocculus from a recycled material, which comprises the following steps: adding an additive into a recycled polyethylene material to prepare crude fiber, mixing the crude fiber with nanoscale superfine fiber obtained by melt-blowing polyethylene and a composite additive, carding to obtain a fiber net, and laminating, squeezing, drying and hot-pressing the fiber net to obtain the nanofiber composite flocculus. The composite fiber flocculus has good mechanical performance, air permeability and filtering performance. 本发明提供了一种回收料制备纳米纤维复合絮片的方法,将回收的聚乙烯材料加入添加剂,制备得到粗纤维,与聚乙烯和复合助剂熔喷得到的纳米级的超细纤维混合,梳理得到纤维网,再将纤维网层叠、压榨和干燥,热压得纳米纤维复合絮片。所述复合纤维絮片具有良好的机械性能,透气性能以及过滤性能。
