Zusammenfassung:According to the method and the device for detecting and repairing the damage of the metal coating by utilizing the electric pulse, the adopted electric pulse potential drop method nondestructive testing technology can be combined with the advantages of direct current potential drop, a field fingerprint method and alternating current potential drop, and the defect position and the damage degree of the metal coating can be detected with higher precision so as to determine the damage type; the method has the advantages that the method is high in applicability, in-situ detection and repair can be carried out, and the problems of defects such as vulnerabilities, micropores and cracks on the surface and inside of the coating can be effectively solved. 本发明提供一种利用电脉冲检测和修复金属涂层损伤的方法和装置,采用的电脉冲电位降法无损检测技术可以结合直流电位降、场指纹法和交流电位降的优点,更高精度地检测金属涂层缺陷的位置和损伤程度以确定损伤类型,再根据损伤类型选择相应的处理方式对漏洞、气孔、微裂纹等缺陷进行修复,该方法的适用性强,可进行原位检测和修复,有效解决涂层表面和内部出现的漏洞、微孔、裂纹等缺陷的问题。
