The method comprises the following steps: preprocessing an acquired original heartbeat waveform to obtain a BCG signal; on the basis of the low-frequency coefficient and the high-frequency coefficient after wavelet decomposition, performing one-dimensional wavelet reconstruction on the BCG signal, and marking a J peak point for the reconstructed BCG signal by adopting a segmented peak searching method; the number of points between two adjacent J peak points is calculated, and the value of the heart rate is calculated according to the number of points and the sampling frequency; according to the method, high-quality BCG signals are extracted through operations such as FFT filtering, body movement signal elimination and compensation, one-dimensional wavelet reconstruction is carried out on the BCG signals based on low-frequency coefficients and high-frequency coeff
