Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a software test time determination method based on a definite reliability theory. The method comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a software definite reliability growth model based on a multi-dimensional uncertain differential equation; s2, obtaining an expected value, a variance value, definite reliable distribution and a confidence interval of each cumulative detection fault number and the cumulative detection fault total number based on the model; s3, utilizing the detected accumulated detection fault data to estimate unknown parameters in the model; and S4, on the basis of a definite reliability theory, obtaining the change of the software definite reliability along with time, and determining the software definite reliability time. According to the method, under the framework of the uncertainty theory and the definite reliability theory, the software definite reliability growth model is established by utilizing the multi-dimensional uncertainty differential equation, the |
