Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a metal crack detection device and method based on an open resonator slow wave structure, the device comprises a dielectric substrate, a microstrip transmission line and a resonance unit group, the resonance unit group comprises a plurality of resonance units which are periodically interwoven and distributed on two sides of a middle axis of the dielectric substrate; the resonance unit group is used for exciting self resonance through a plurality of resonance units in a coupling mode and generating a uniform magnetic field of a slow wave structure so as to generate a transmission band.
