The invention discloses a method for enriching cells from a liquid biological specimen, which comprises the following steps: adding animal fibers into the liquid biological specimen, centrifuging, and discarding supernatant to obtain animal fibers enriched with cells. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the cell wax block, which comprises the following steps: enriching cells in a liquid biological sample by using the animal fibers, adding formalin for fixation, and putting the embedding paper to obtain the cell wax block.
