Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses yak-source lactobacillus reuteri for improving development of intestinal microorganisms of indigenous animals and application of the yak-source lactobacillus reuteri, the preservation number of the yak-source lactobacillus reuteri is CCTCC NO: M 2022084, the yak-source lactobacillus reuteri is derived from adult healthy yaks, the yak-source lactobacillus reuteri has a strong inhibition effect on common pathogenic bacteria (escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and salmonella), and the yak-source lactobacillus reuteri is safe, harmless, green and environment-friendly when being continuously taken by newborn young animals and has no toxic or side effect. After supplementary feeding of the yak calves, the serum oxidation resistance (total oxidation resistance, superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde), serum biochemical indexes (asparaginic acid aminotransferase, total cholesterol and urea) and growth performance of the yak calves are remarkably improved, and colonization of various ben
