Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-performance heat-proof coating based on an interpenetrating network structure and a preparation method of the high-performance heat-proof coating. The heat-proof coating comprises silicon rubber, silicon resin, ceramic forming filler, a fluxing agent, heat insulation filler, shape-maintaining filler, a flame retardant, a diluent, a curing agent and a catalyst. The preparation process is simple, and room-temperature curing molding is realized. Compared with a traditional silicone rubber-based heat-proof coating, the coating provided by the invention has better mechanical properties under the condition that the thermophysical properties and the interface bonding properties are equivalent, a firm porcelain layer is generated in situ at high temperature and does not fall off, and the safe flight of an aircraft in a relatively harsh aerodynamic thermal environment is ensured.
