Comprising the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of nitrile rubber, 20-26 parts of butadiene rubber, 3-6 parts of tannic acid, 35-40 parts of carbon black, 1-2 parts of modified carbon nanotubes, 0.5-1 part of silicon nitride, 0.6-0.8 part of chlorosulfonated polyethylene, 3-5 parts of zinc oxide, 1.5-2 parts of stearic acid, 0.4-0.6 part of a scorch retarder, 1.5-2 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1.2-1.5 parts of sulfur, 55-60 parts of silicate, 20-25 parts of an ether ester plasticizer, 2-2.5 parts of a release agent, 0.8-1 part of an accelerant TMTD and 0.6-0.8 part of an accelerant MBTS.
